Four American friends, badly needing money, decide to make a commando-like raid into a South American country and steal $5 million from the hacienda of an American-born drug dealer who lives there. The four Americans then succeed rather easily in stealing the money, but soon run into trouble trying to get back out of the country, as both the drug dealer and a small army of bandits each hunt them down trying to get the money. --from IMDB

very good, not so good recording. but the flair of the actors still shines. what a cameo cast.! and keeps you rooting till the end. wow. don't forget ernest borgnine. wow. its like 10 movies in one. blazing saddles, meets fast times at ridgmont high vs force ten from navaronne. therse a scene where u wonder if clint eastwood is in the movie too. its only missing gene wilder, with cleavon little and anthony quinnes dry humor...............

But it was much better than i had expected. These were all big stars in a movie I had never even heard of before made back when i was about 22 yrs old. I'm 52 now.

Subject: This gem has its moments.
The movie starts predictably then twists and turns from there. The violence is benign and has a keystone cop flavor. Overall it's not bad, has funny moments and stars a lot of now famous actors and actresses. If one gets past the first half-hour, it is worth the time to watch.

James Brolin, Anthony Quinn, James Coburn and Lindsay Wagner altogether in 1981 in a highly unlikely South American stick up. Well it's nice to reminisce and the ending is one that defies the typical odds of what you'd expect.
